As an origination banker in the specialised Commercial Broker team, you will deal exclusively with commercially accredited brokers.

Your focus will be proactively acquiring new Business Banking customers introduced to you via this network of brokers.

Strong business development and relationship skills are central to the role, as you will be responsible for fostering and growing relationships with new and existing brokers.

You will be committed to delivering on our customer promise and service standards to create an unrivalled broker and customer experience.

Your ability to deliver is backed by a market leading lending proposition and a delegated credit authority enabling superior speed to market and a distinct ability to execute.

Once onboarded you will transfer customers to a team of relationship bankers, who are also part of the specialised Commercial Broker Team and are dedicated to managing day to day needs of these clients, allowing you to focus your days on your broker network, origination, and onboarding.

**The role and Day to day will include**:

- Regularly engaging and educating your broker network to promote Nabs market leading proposition, products and services via proactive calling and face to face meetings
- Create a loyal network of brokers who provide repeat business by delivering exceptional broker and customer experience, speed to market, and decision making
- Deal vetting, and workshopping new lending scenarios for customers with brokers
- Delivering on service standards daily

Quality customer conversations focussed on bank of choice by identifying and providing solutions for customers personal and business banking needs and generating quality referrals for a team of dedicated and skilled specialists

**What you will bring**:

- Hold a relevant business-related tertiary qualification
- Prior and relevant experience working in financial services, with a track record in business banking and/or originating loans preferred
- Prior delegated credit authority held is highly desirable however not essential
- A passion for brokers and customers and a strong focus on relationship building
- Be driven and dedicated to creating unrivalled experiences for broker and customers
