Job Title: Store Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at an industry-leading jeweller. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Train and develop staff members to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Maintain high store presentation standards, including visual merchandising and display
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Jewellery knowledge and experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting KPIs
