Warehouse Production Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to assist in the bulk container deposit scheme site in Dubbo.

The successful candidate will work on a casual basis, assisting in collecting, sorting, and storage of recyclable drink containers. On-the-job training will be provided in using specialised equipment.

  • Operate equipment used for bulk sorting of recyclable drink containers
  • Use a forklift to empty bins of sorted recyclable containers
  • Operate a point of sale system for accurate sales and refund transactions
  • Assist in other activities such as housekeeping, maintenance of warehouse equipment, reporting faulty equipment needing repair, etc.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

You must have experience in using forklifts and hold a current valid Forklift Licence. Experience working within a warehouse and/or production environment is also highly regarded.
