Aquatic Leadership Role

Our Aquatics team is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the way and drive excellence in our aquatic operations.

This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to develop and grow our department, ensuring service and operational excellence.

  • We require a candidate with strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills are essential for managing priorities and driving results.
  • The ideal candidate will hold current certifications such as Pool Lifeguard License, CPR & First Aid, WWVP, and RLSSA Workplace Supervisor – Technical Operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and operational aquatic environment, staffed according to RLSS guidelines and regulations.
  • Support delivery of aquatics programs alongside facility managers and swim school facility coordinators.
  • Develop and maintain a strong team of duty managers for onsite support outside of normal business hours.
  • Review and champion Viva Aquatic Policy and Procedure, quarterly review compulsory in-service training sessions and records.
