Key Leadership Role in Online Department

As a key leader in our online department, you will drive exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be accountable for the day-to-day running of the online department, ensuring seamless execution of click and collect/concierge services or home deliveries.

You will coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, manage costs, and optimize rostering. It is essential to maintain high standards in visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management. Your focus on diverse customer needs and ability to drive a one-team culture will contribute significantly to store objectives.
