Corps Team is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist for a 12+ month contract role located in the United States.

About the Role:

This position involves navigating the application process, assisting customers with issues during onboarding, and providing data to support the sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing trends, staying up-to-date on new product launches, and suggesting improvements to the sales process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain multiple databases by entering customer and account information
  • Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering as needed
  • Resolve account deficiencies by corresponding with customers to obtain additional information
  • Maintain sales operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
  • Become an application process/customer onboarding subject matter expert for the sales organization
  • Provide clear, concise, and professional communication with customers via phone calls and email
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service principles and practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience preferred
  • Proven work experience as a sales support associate and/or data entry specialist
