Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality, environmental, and safety standards are met, including WH&S regulations and promoting a proactive safety culture.
  • Develop and monitor the project safety plan, investigate incidents, and collaborate with relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate construction operations, manage teams, and resolve on-site issues to minimize downtime.
  • Supervise foundation works, tower installation, and conductor stringing to adhere to design specifications and best practices.
  • Manage resources, logistics, schedules, and project budgets to meet deadlines and financial targets.
  • Ensure contract compliance, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with commercial teams to maximize project value.
  • Oversee project design, coordinate consultants, and conduct site meetings to improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years' experience in construction or engineering environments is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
  • Experience with high-voltage transmission projects (330 kV and above) is an advantage.
  • Expertise in foundation construction, tower installation, and conductor stringing is essential.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are necessary.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and planning skills are important.
  • Understanding of HS&E standards and implementation is crucial.
