Transmission Towers Erection Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the structural assembly and erection of transmission towers for our high-voltage project in the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network.
- Ensure quality, environmental, and safety management, including compliance with WH&S regulations and promoting a safety culture.
- Implement and monitor the Project Safety Plan, investigate incidents, and liaise with safety authorities.
- Manage construction activities, coordinate teams, and resolve on-site issues.
- Oversee foundation works, tower erection, and conductor stringing, ensuring adherence to design and best practices.
- Manage resources, logistics, schedules, and project budgets to meet deadlines and financial targets.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years' experience in construction/engineering environments.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Experience with high-voltage transmission projects (330 kV and above).
- Expertise in foundation construction, tower erection, and conductor stringing.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and planning skills.
- Understanding of HS&E standards and implementation.
