About the Role

Leading a team in the meat department requires a motivated and hardworking individual to create rosters, generate orders, complete stock takes and contribute to achieving gross profit targets.

As a key member of the team, you will assist the Meat Manager in leading the meat department team and take on responsibilities such as creating rosters and managing labour, generating orders and managing stock takes. You will be responsible for contributing to achieving gross profit targets and providing hands-on leadership to ensure excellent customer service.
