About Our Role

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Advisory Services Professional to join our dynamic team at EDT Global Pty Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Managers and Partners to drive impactful solutions in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
  • Create and review detailed financial analyses to highlight key business drivers and performance metrics for M&A transactions and IPO projects.
  • Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, working with corporate and private equity clients.
  • Plan and strategize engagements, assessing risk and developing appropriate approaches to meet client needs.
  • Analyze and interpret financial statements and related financial data, drafting comprehensive due diligence reports.
  • Mentor, coach, and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Engage in business development activities to identify new opportunities and growth areas.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in transaction due diligence, with a strong understanding of financial statement preparation and interpretation.
  • Relevant tertiary degree with an Accounting Major, demonstrating a solid foundation in accounting principles.
  • Excellent report-writing abilities, with a strong focus on clear and concise communication.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
