Merchandise Allocation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Merchandise Allocation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising department, you will play a vital role in driving sales and margin growth through effective product allocation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of merchandising strategies to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Allocate products to stores and online channels based on sales trends, inventory levels, demographics, and promotional activity.
  • Monitor inventory performance, manage stock transfers, and optimize the flow of aged, end-of-line, and discontinued products.
  • Collaborate with planners, merchandisers, retail teams, DC, and internal departments to execute allocation strategies and maintain inventory efficiency.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandise presentation and gather performance feedback.
  • Work closely with visual merchandisers and the retail team to deliver assortment plans, setup documentation, and coordinate sample shipments.
  • Assist with seasonal planning and contribute to the development of allocation systems and merchandising processes.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in merchandising or a related field, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in retail analytics tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for fashion, fitness, and brand building, with a strong desire to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.
