Job Title: Product Allocation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Product Allocation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for executing product assortment and allocation by Department/Store to support the achievement of annual sales, profit, and stock turn targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make informed decisions on product inventory management and distribution to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels at various levels to ensure efficient product delivery and distribution.
  • Analyze sales performance and implement replenishment strategies based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and past sales data.
  • Allocate product SKUs, sizes, and assortments to align with planning models and buyer strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Undergraduate business degree or minimum 1-3 years' experience in Retail Allocations/Merchandising role.
  • Strong ability to identify merchandising challenges, analyze them, and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with various teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to uphold the highest standards in product presentation and inventory accuracy.
  • Familiarity with cutting-edge inventory management software and tools.
