About this Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our key aged care initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
- Effectively manage budgets and project resources, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead site meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or delays efficiently, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment with all teams involved in the project.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Project Manager in industrial projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
