Role Overview

This position involves managing projects, people and resources to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

  • You will develop and plan VIP experiences across multiple events.
  • You will source, brief and manage suppliers for theming, décor, food and beverage and construction.
  • You will lead onsite operations ensuring premium execution and guest satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities

You will:

  • Develop, plan and execute VIP experiences.
  • Liaise with teams to bring experiences to life.
  • Manage budgets and track sales.
  • Oversee staffing plans and provide support.
  • Attend team meetings and manage festival briefings/debriefs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Event experience preferably in the festival or music sector.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Tech skills particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • A positive, flexible mindset.
About The Job

This is a hands-on position that requires working closely with internal and external partners from early design development through to post-event debriefs.
