About You:

  • 1-2 year management experience in hospitality or related field, training skills beneficial
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Organized with effective time management and administrative skills
  • Flexibility to work varying hours within 5-day working week
  • Valid RSA certification
  • Australian full-time work rights
