 Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-volume inbound call handling and response with professionalism and courtesy
  • Create personalized experiences for customers, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs
  • Identify customer requirements regarding healthcare insurance coverage
  • Maintain the accuracy of membership databases
  • Resolve issues and complaints in line with company standards and guidelines
  • Support members with healthcare coverage in relation to Visa requests
 Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working in a call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and resolution skills
  • Interpersonal skills and sales orientation
  • Customer service and/or clerical experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Ambition to achieve KPIs
