Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement WHS frameworks, tools, and measures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Conduct assessments and identify opportunities to improve health and wellbeing within the organization.
- Drive a preventative wellbeing culture through incident analysis, data insights, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Promote safe work practices and risk prevention through targeted interventions and training sessions.
- Provide expert guidance on complex WHS matters, including high-risk workers' compensation claims.
- Tertiary qualification in Workplace Health and Safety with a minimum of 8 years' experience.
- Industry experience in health, disability, aged care, or education is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop programs and implement systems.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and Codes of Practice.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to use initiative effectively.
