Are you looking for a new challenge in operations management? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced relocation coordinator to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and prioritizing multiple tasks with ease. As a relocation coordinator, you will be responsible for managing residential and business relocation moves, ensuring that all logistical details are handled smoothly and efficiently.

You will also be expected to provide planning and scheduling support to removalists, communicate with customers over the phone, and manage any incoming and outgoing storage in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Predict and maintain driver roster arrangements
  • Check and assign all jobs in the system
  • Pre-call customers who have booked with us
  • Manage any incoming and outgoing storage in the warehouse
  • Liaise with customers over the phone in regards to job inquiries
  • Promote and enforce safe work practices
  • Communicate with subcontractors and assign them jobs as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar field of work
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Able to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
