Project Coordination Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to cross-functional stakeholders and build your career within a global environment.

About the Role

You will provide hands-on project coordination support across a multi-phase site relocation. In this position, you will work alongside a broader project team and external consultants to ensure timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communications are executed seamlessly.

Your work will directly impact the success of a major company milestone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing project timelines, and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project timelines, tracking milestones and dependencies
  • Assist in preparing and managing technical documentation
  • Compile and develop Room Data Sheets for the new site
  • Manage the internal project page and updates
  • Prepare project reports, presentations and communications
  • Assist in coordination of site move logistics and fit-out compliance
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Background in project coordination or administration
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Excellent planning and time management
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Exposure to healthcare, medical device or lab environments would be ideal
  • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of WHS and compliance expectations
