Leadership Opportunity in Wellbeing and Resident Experience

This is a leadership role that requires a strategic thinker to lead the wellbeing and resident experience strategy across our national network of retirement communities.

  • Lead the design, execution, and continual improvement of wellbeing and experience strategies
  • Oversee a national team including customer experience and wellbeing managers
  • Champion programs that support physical health, mental wellbeing, social connection, and purposeful living for thousands of older Australians

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Executive-level experience in healthcare or aged care
  • Strong understanding of wellness models and psychosocial frameworks
  • Experience engaging older Australians and designing inclusive programs
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and team leadership capabilities
