Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The Educational Leader will be responsible for leading a stage team to improve student growth and attainment, focusing on literacy and numeracy within a culture of high expectations and challenge for all learners. This will involve:

  • Developing and implementing evidence-based practices to drive student success
  • Collaborating with teachers to design and deliver quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs
  • Leading professional development opportunities to build teacher capacity and expertise

The successful applicant will also have experience working with and understanding the wellbeing needs of a diverse range of students, with proven ability to develop and implement supportive programs that promote student wellbeing.

  • A deep knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and student welfare, with the ability to lead and design quality teaching and learning programs
