Contract Trades Manager

This position is a crucial part of our team, responsible for coordinating and managing subcontractor tasks on site.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate various trade disciplines across assets
- Bilateral communication with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration
- Solve problems and find solutions under pressure
You will ideally have a strong trades background or relevant experience with an understanding of the tasks involved in coordinating trade disciplines.
- Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security clearance at an appropriate level as per role requirements
- Relevant Trade / Maintenance background
- Ability to effectively coordinate trades work on site
- Prior experience working in or a passion for the Marine or Defence industry (preferred)
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card) or ability to obtain
