About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our team at Jaybro Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting, including the completion of financial statements, tax returns, and board reporting.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, with experience in group structures and complex consolidated financial reporting. You will be responsible for driving and leading improvement projects across the finance team, and will work closely with our Group Financial Controller to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who is able to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and will be able to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete month-end reporting for the group
  • Preparation of relevant tables and analysis of balance for group management reporting and the board
  • Relevant tax duties including, preparation of tax return, monthly estimate of tax provisions and payment of monthly income tax
  • Completion of financial reporting as required including the completion of financial accounts and all relevant disclosures
  • Completion and monitoring of reconciliations for the Group
  • Assist Financial Controller with budgeting process
  • Weekly monitoring of hedge position
  • Contribute to preparation of audits
Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and tax management for a complex consolidated financial group
  • Experience working in group structure with multiple subsidiaries
  • Advanced excel knowledge
  • Relevant accounting qualification
