Process Analyst

Our client, in the Insurance industry is looking for a Process Analyst to join their growing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be working on a large-scale Transformation program.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Asses business requirements and make evidence-based recommendations to support process improvement.
- Cross-functional process design.
- Current state to future state analysis.
- Facilitate process workshops and document information elicited using process maps.
- Engage with key stakeholders to set goals and create reports based on recommendations.

**Key Skills Required**:

- 3 + Years experience in a similar Process Analyst position.
- Experience working in the Insurance industry or similar claims related environment.
- Experience working in a Transformational environment.
- Very strong communication/ interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience dealing with a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate employee needs, internal workflows and business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to document business process modelling activities for future reference.
