Job Description:

As a National Product Solution Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving business growth within our Chemistry Immunoassay and Automation portfolio. Our mission is to advance healthcare through innovative solutions.

You will articulate the clinical and operational benefits of our solutions to existing and targeted customers, prospect and engage new business opportunities, and conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs.

  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value and benefits of our integrated solutions.
  • Engage with clinical staff across customers and build a personal reputation as a trusted adviser.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and evolving customer needs to position our solutions effectively.

The ideal candidate has experience in a lab scientist capacity within the clinical pathology space, with a strong understanding of clinical laboratory operations, particularly in Chemistry and Immunoassay disciplines.

A proven track record in building relationships with diverse stakeholders and presenting complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner is essential.

This role requires extensive travel within Australia and New Zealand, including week-long tours of regional and metro networks of sites.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a lab scientist capacity within the clinical pathology space.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and propose solutions.
  • A willingness and ability to balance 'solution sales' with being a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
