Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to lead our three-year-old kindergarten program.

  • Develop and implement engaging programs tailored to the developmental needs and interests of three-year-old children in line with the VEYLDF.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
  • Document children's learning and development in line with the VEYLDF.
  • Build strong relationships with families through effective communication.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to ensure a harmonious work environment.
  • Evaluate and implement health and safety procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Victorian Institute of Teaching: Full Registration ideal, provisional considered.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching young children, preferably in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in early childhood.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Patient, creative, and genuinely passionate about fostering young children's growth and development.
Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with families and colleagues. A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is highly regarded, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience teaching young children.
