Job Description

National Retail Manager – Key Leadership Position

This is a full-time, leadership role that oversees retail operations across Australia and New Zealand.

As the National Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance through ongoing training, coaching, and development of store managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example in store operations and customer service excellence.
  • Work closely with store managers to support their growth and team development.
  • Ensure all stores deliver a consistent and high-quality brand experience.
  • Align retail practices and customer experience across all locations.
  • Drive sales and KPI performance across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Analyse store performance and implement strategic improvements.
  • Oversee budgets, sales planning, and operational reporting.
  • Represent store needs and insights within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with HR on recruitment, training, and team development initiatives.
Requirements
  • A proactive leader with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable switching between strategic planning and day-to-day operations.
  • Results-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communicator with excellent people and leadership skills.
  • Organised and efficient, with solid project and time management abilities.
  • Willing to travel regularly to support stores across both countries.
