Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Lead to oversee and strategically direct our digital care platform, enabling patients to access healthcare services from anywhere. This role involves collaborating with clinicians, care teams, stakeholders, and technology partners to optimize workflows, improve patient experiences, and shape future connected health services.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Managing daily operations and optimization of our Digital Care Platform
  2. Collaborating with clinical and operational teams to enhance workflows and platform adoption
  3. Developing and maintaining the product roadmap aligned with healthcare needs
  4. Leading platform enhancements, gathering user feedback, and coordinating with vendors
  5. Providing training, troubleshooting, and support for seamless platform use
  6. Driving continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards
  7. Working with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and improve patient outcomes
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with healthcare digital solutions and understanding clinical workflows
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in product or project delivery
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Azure, Power BI)
  • Proficiency in systems configuration, change management, and Agile practices
  • Vendor management skills and high-quality delivery assurance
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Qualification in Health, IT, Health Informatics, or related fields
