Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the ANZ Space Planner to manage the space planning process for minor updates within the Skin and Hair categories.
  • Develop and maintain planograms within JDA/BY system, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • Partner with Category teams to launch new products and brands, ensuring seamless execution in-store.
  • Work closely with VM executives to ensure flawless planogram execution and maintain a high level of store visual merchandising standards.
  • Track and analyze performance across multiple platforms, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

  • Space Planning and/or VM experience, with a strong understanding of JDA/BY software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and proactive approach.
