Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Professional to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting Australian Defence Force personnel who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury.

Our focus is on recovery and function, working collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals. We take a holistic approach, developing personalized rehabilitation plans to support the journey from rehab to healing.

The successful candidate will perform assessments depending on their area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans based on service delivery outcomes.
  • Participate in person-centred goal setting and maintain a genuine focus on client needs.

This unique role offers a range of benefits, including early starts and finishes (7:30am – 3:30pm) working on base at HMAS Albatross. Part-Time options may be considered.
