Strategic Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Analyst to help drive the success of our organization.
About the Role:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Monitor industry data and key performance indicators to determine our position in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies for increased profitability and market share.
- Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making.
- Analyze customer data with sales and marketing teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Participate in new product launches and market expansion initiatives.
- Evaluate business strategy effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with data collection, organization, and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and other data analysis tools.
- Proven market research and data analysis experience.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
