We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our growing team and help drive the success of our company. As a Business Analyst at Brecks Group, you will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and providing strategic recommendations to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential business opportunities
  2. Monitor and analyze industry data and key performance indicators to determine the company's position in the market
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies to increase profitability and market share
  4. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes
  5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze customer data and identify areas for improvement
  6. Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making
  7. Participate in the development and execution of new product launches and market expansion initiatives
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and make recommendations for improvements
  9. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large data sets
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  5. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
  6. Proven experience in market research and data analysis
  7. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  8. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  9. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  10. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
