Business Finance Analyst Opportunity

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Finance Analyst to join our high-performing Finance team. In this role, you will report to the Senior Commercial Manager – Operations and play a key part in supporting our Operations division to achieve its financial and strategic goals.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to drive business decisions and strategy.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information and analysis to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets.

As a trusted business partner, you will work closely with divisional leaders across Operations, Customer Experience, and Real Estate — as well as local Finance teams — to provide real-time insight, drive performance, and shape the decisions that matter.

This is more than just a numbers role. It requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in finance or accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will also need to have experience working with financial data and systems, as well as proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
