Administration & Asset Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Officer to oversee the administration of office, property, fleet and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support administrative procedures and documentation by maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Proactively administer databases and provide technical support to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage property for our portfolio, ensuring timely maintenance and upkeep.
- Oversight and monitoring of the asset register to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements for team members, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Conduct general asset administration and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Services or Administration, preferably with a focus on asset management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check as required.
