At a leading organization, we are seeking a Logistics Manager to lead regional logistics operations and drive strategic projects related to logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of logistics professionals to meet company goals and customer expectations.
  • Implement and drive strategy for regional transportation and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for efficient distribution channels and transportation modes.
  • Lead freight sourcing projects for regional and global distribution.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Logistics Management, along with over 10 years of experience in logistics operations. Strong technical competency in operations management, logistics management, transportation, and international/domestic distribution is essential.

Requirements:
  • Logistics Management degree (MBA preferred).
  • Over 10 years of experience in logistics operations.
  • Managerial experience of over 5 years.
  • Strong technical competency in operations management, logistics management, transportation, and international/domestic distribution.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and risk management.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Lean Management concepts.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate across functions, cultures, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
