Job Title: Safety, Quality & Compliance Advisor

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring a safe and compliant environment across operations.

The position works closely with account managers and delivery teams to uphold high standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in WHS systems management and strong knowledge of OH&S legislation. A certified Lead Auditor (ISO 45001) is also required. Additionally, the successful applicant should possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company standards
  • Conduct audits and reviews of contractor safety documentation
  • Drive proactive risk management and incident reporting
  • Support employee onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Maintain training records and ensure completion of mandatory training
  • Deliver timely and accurate safety and compliance reporting
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
