Remuneration Governance and Regulation Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Reward Governance and Regulation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality materials to support senior management, the Board, and regulatory bodies in ensuring compliance with remuneration regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor peer remuneration arrangements and disclosures to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop clear, concise, and well-structured materials, including PowerPoint packs tailored for senior management, the Board, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide advice on and manage compliance with remuneration regulation, including producing board packs and other disclosures and reporting for regulatory bodies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an accounting or remuneration related role.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • High level of numeracy and a strong interest in working with numerical data.
  • Proficient user of core Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.
