Job Overview

This role oversees and coordinates national branch operations to ensure efficient delivery of vehicles, driving productivity and customer satisfaction across all locations.

The Head of Branch Operations will lead and monitor branch teams to meet delivery targets and cost control objectives. They will develop streamlined operational processes to maximise efficiency.

Liaising with logistics, sales, and customer service teams is essential to optimise delivery scheduling and resource allocation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and multi-site operational management experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading projects aimed at refining operations and customer service delivery
  • Collaborating with Operations leaders to design a best practice logistics model
  • Analysing operational reports to track performance trends and manage costs

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. They must be able to collaborate across teams and departments.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our national branch operations team. As a strategic leader, you will oversee the development and implementation of operational processes that drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results in delivering vehicles to end-user clients. You will work closely with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to optimise delivery scheduling and resource allocation.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong leadership and multi-site operational management experience. You should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
