We are seeking an experienced and skilled medical receptionist to join our healthcare team. This is a part-time or casual position that offers flexibility and variety.

Our medical centre is a well-established practice in Toowoomba, with a reputation for providing high-quality care to our patients. We have a team of thirteen part-time doctors and a modern facility equipped with the latest technology.

This role would suit someone who enjoys multitasking and has strong leadership and management skills. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure. A background in medical software, particularly Best Practice, is highly desirable.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and willing to take initiative. The ideal candidate will also be able to contribute to the management of the team and help maintain a positive work environment.

**Key Requirements:**

  • 2+ years' experience in general medical practice
  • Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills
  • Medical software experience (Best Practice advantageous)
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
