Hotel Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Maintain and repair hotel facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, and building.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with external contractors to ensure high-quality work.
  • Oversee contractor work to guarantee exceptional results and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and costs.

  • Collaborate with guests and staff to address maintenance concerns and communicate progress.
