Platform Implementation and Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Platform Implementation and Support Specialist to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and support digital platforms across the organization.
  • Configure new projects and ensure data quality.
  • Provide first-line support for platform-related issues.
  • Develop and deliver training plans and materials.
  • Lead digital platform inductions for new starters.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • High level of experience in management of digital platforms.
  • Able to create visually clear and accessible training materials.
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 (especially Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Exposure to REST API concepts.

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of project workflows and digital data capture tools.
  • Awareness of user access protocols, data quality standards, and platform governance.
  • Familiarity with basic API operation and how digital systems connect and exchange data.
