Job Description

Job Title: Ramp Services Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Ramp Services Officer to join our team at Perth Domestic Airport. As a key member of our ground operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of aircraft, baggage, and freight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading of baggage and freight
  • Fleet cleaning and maintenance
  • Baggage make-up services
  • Operation of tarmac equipment
  • Passenger marshalling

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in ground operations is highly desirable
  • A current Australian driver's license with a clean record
  • Ability to work a part-time, 7-day rotating roster across a 24-hour operation
  • Shift flexibility to meet unplanned operational requirements
  • A committed attitude towards safety and the ability to work under minimal supervision
  • A strong work ethic, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, and a flexible approach to work
