Electrical Maintenance Coordinator
This role involves working closely with the Development Engineer to design, install, commission and maintain plant and equipment at a large coal mine.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate short to medium term maintenance for plant
- Oversee major component repairs and overhauls
- Implement effective maintenance systems to minimise equipment downtime
- Introduce site processes for all plant and equipment
- Review Work Orders and action defects as required
Requirements
- Strong leadership qualities
- Experience in a Supervisory position
- Proficiency in SAP maintenance system
- Understanding of maintenance and repair of modern mining equipment
Preferred Skills
- Maintenance planning knowledge
- Basic understanding of WH&S (Mines) Regulation
- Detailed electrical knowledge of modern mining equipment
- High level electrical knowledge associated with modern mining equipment
