About the Role
This is a temporary part-time position that will see you working on-campus, providing administrative support to multiple directors. As an administrative support professional, you will be responsible for:
- Providing diary management and scheduling assistance to executives
- Coordinating meetings, invitations, and catering
- Coordinating school events for internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing, editing, and sending communications on behalf of the teaching team
- Distributing incoming communications as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Prior experience as an office administrator or in an administrative capacity
- Experience within the education sector will be highly advantageous
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
- Experience with MS Office Suite and scheduling assistants
- The availability to commence immediately
