Influence Change: Behavioural Insights Consultant

This is a Behavioural Insights Consultant role where you will apply scientific rigour and commercial acumen to deliver impactful behaviour change programmes that matter.
Key Responsibilities:- Build close client relationships to explore and diagnose business problems.
- Apply quantitative and qualitative research methods to gain insights into human behaviour.
- Develop and implement evidence-based behavioural interventions.
- Triangulate, synthesise and interpret data to uncover strategic outcomes.
- Evaluate and refine programme designs.
- Engage clients through workshops and training sessions.
Requirements include advanced qualifications in psychology, behavioural economics or a related field. Prior experience in a consulting, research or behavioural insights role is also required.
