DPC's BIU is situated within the Strategic Communication, Engagement and Protocol (SCEP) Branch where it focuses on supporting evidence-based policy and innovation by enabling integration of Behavioural Insights research and data-driven insights into policy and service design.
Please note that a qualification in Behavioural or Social Sciences, Economics, Marketing or Communications would be highly regarded.

About you
- Advanced knowledge and expertise in behavioural sciences
- Ability to assesses strategic and implementation risks and develop innovative and effective policy solutions to problems
- Capability to produce detailed project plans with clearly defined objectives and risk mitigation
- Capability to manage and monitor a project's impact and risk, and effect on stakeholder organisations
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, and be stimulated by new challenges
