Regional Procurement Leader

As a Regional Procurement Leader, you will spearhead collaborative procurement initiatives that deliver tangible results for communities across the region. You will collaborate with councils to harness collective buying power, secure cost-effective solutions and drive strategic projects that enhance local government capacity and yield value for ratepayers.

About the Role

You will orchestrate and execute collaborative procurement initiatives that achieve cost savings, strengthen supplier relationships and create long-term value for our member councils. You will develop a regional procurement strategy, manage contracts and drive projects from concept to completion ensuring compliance, maximising value and making a measurable difference for communities.

  • Demonstrated experience in a procurement role showcasing expertise in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong strategic mindset capabilities with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
