About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor/Provisional Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and provide excellent customer care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement programs to assist clients in returning to the workforce
  • Conduct vocational assessments, initial needs assessments, and worksite assessments
  • Provide vocational counselling and intensive 1:1 support to empower clients to transition into employment
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and collaborate with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes
