About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Team Leader to join our Rehabilitation team at WorkFocus Australia. As a Regional Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of Consultants, overseeing their performance and quality, and exploring new opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with a proven track record in case management practices. You will be responsible for mentoring and training junior staff members, providing advice and coaching on case management practices, and managing a case load of your own.

We are looking for a collaborative and innovative leader who can drive business growth and improve customer outcomes. If you have a passion for rehabilitation and a strong leadership style, we would love to hear from you.
