Job Overview

The Clinical Nurse Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the management team at the healthcare facility. This key leadership position focuses on overseeing quality and work health and safety initiatives, assisting with clinical recruitment, and implementing clinical programs and projects across the facility.

The goal is to provide support to clinical teams in delivering safe, effective, and efficient healthcare to the local community. The Clinical Nurse Manager reports to the Health Service Manager and is supported by Nursing and Midwifery Unit Managers, with guidance from Quality Managers and the Work Health Safety Coordinator.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with current registration with AHPRA
